Well, Santa Claus is up in the north pole getting ready for Christmas!

Yes, ladies and gentlemen; that list is getting checked and double-checked as we speak! (Er, blog).
On Christmas Eve, so many of us will leave out some delicious cookies and milk for Santa, and maybe a treat for his reindeer, too! We'll write our list and set it by the cookies and milk, and try to stay up as late as we can to catch a glimpse of Santa!

Now, something that gets overlooked easily every year before Santa comes to town is our chimney! Perhaps we haven't had it cleaned or inspected this year. Maybe we haven't taken the time to get an estimate done on any repairs we need done. What happens when Santa comes down the chimney with a bag full of....creosote?!
